SHIPPING INFORMATION:

*Freight (pallet) cost/percentage will vary with each shipment based on what and how much you order. The cost is based on the following factors:

• Weight of Shipment (Heavy and dense pallets = better shipping rates)

• Density of Shipment

• Distance to customer

• How much you order ($ volume)

*Boxed order cost is based on the following factors:

• Size of box

• Weight of product (Heavy boxes = higher shipping cost)

• Distance to customer

• Number of boxes needed to fulfill order

*Please let us know your store hours and/or delivery hour preferences. The Global Swap Shop cannot guarantee exact delivery days/times but we are happy to communicate with the shipping company the day/time preference to make a note for their delivery personal. The Global Swap Shop will provide your tracking number for your records to track when the order will arrive.
