*The Global Swap Shop, prior to any order placed, requires a valid Tax ID from the customer, and for every order placed to be at or more than the $250 wholesale minimum.

*We ship out orders that are 80% or more fulfilled unless specified by the customer before the order is placed.

*The most recent credit card we, The Global Swap, have on file for a customer is what will be used on future orders. If the customer needs to update or change what credit card we use, it is the customer’s responsibility to communicate this to us prior to placing the order. We do not ship out orders before they are paid in full; therefore, we will use what was last provided by the customer.

*Any open/unfinished invoices will be shredded after 3 months to keep customers information secure. Completed invoices will be securely filed for future reference.

*All claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the product and be submitted with pictures of the invoice and product issue.

*Freight damages MUST be filed with the carrier.

*Returns are not accepted without prior approval, and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus freight.

*Cancelled orders will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

*Due to the handmade nature of our products, there will be some variations in color, texture, and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects.

*Our dough bowls are hand carved and hand stained. Imperfections such as knots, holes, cracks, color variations, and irregular shapes are to be expected and considered normal as they are each a one of a kind piece. We do not consider any descriptions above to be a defect, therefore we will not issue a refund or credit for for bowls that fall into these categories

*Rusty metal is not considered defected or flawed.

*Returns/ Refunds will not be issued for claims regarding color variations in wood, paint, rust and size difference.

*Due to the handmade nature of our products, measurements are approximate & subject to change

*Due to the handmade nature of our products, some items may be seasonal dependent upon makers’ availability.

*We do our best to make sure similar area stores do not have the same product; however, we do not zip code protect.

*Due to an ever changing product list and being competitive in our pricing, any and all discounts given, special deals, and special pricing toward an order are subject to change.
