*The Global Swap Shop, prior to any order placed, requires a valid Tax ID from the customer and for every order placed to be at or more than the $250 wholesale minimum.
*The most recent credit card we, The Global Swap, have on file for a customer is what will be used on future orders. If the customer needs to update or change what credit card we use, it is the customers responsibility to communicate this to us prior to placing the order. We do not ship out orders before they are paid in full therefore, we will use what was last provided by the customer.
*All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product and be submitted with pictures of the invoice and product issue
*Returns are not accepted without prior approval, and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus freight.
*Freight damages MUST be filed with the carrier.
*Due to the handmade nature of our products, there will be some variations in color, texture, and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects. Returns/ Refunds will not be issued for claims regarding color variations in wood, paint, and size difference
